Where is my order? Dispatch takes 5–6 days and delivery 7–12 working days. Every pen passes a three-step quality check before it is packed, which is why the wait is longer than you may be used to. Tracking reaches you by email the day your parcel leaves us.

Which pen should I choose? Tell us how you write and what you are replacing, and we will tell you plainly which of ours suits — including when the answer is none of them.

Why does no-reply@ write to me? Order and dispatch emails are sent from no-reply@mochiricompany.com. That address is not monitored. Everything comes back here.
