What is covered.

The Mochiri & Company warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase, internationally.
Registration is mandatory and must be completed within 1 month (30 days) of purchase from the website, using a valid order ID and invoice number. Warranties not registered within this period cannot be registered subsequently and stand revoked.
A 3-month replacement guarantee applies from the date of delivery for instruments found defective on arrival or within that period. For damage in transit, a single uncut unboxing video (from sealed parcel to visible damage) must be sent within 48 hours of delivery, as set out in our Shipping policy.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, consumables (ink, refills, cartridges), damage from misuse, drops, immersion, modification or unauthorised repair.
To make a claim, quote your Mochiri warranty number together with your order ID and invoice; we may ask for photographs of the instrument.
Where a repair is not possible, the instrument will be replaced with the same edition or, if unavailable, an edition of equal value.
