Delivery & returns
Orders are dispatched within 5–6 days of purchase, after a quality check; delivery then takes 7–12 working days depending on region and area. Free delivery to India, UAE, Europe, Indonesia and China. All orders are prepaid — Cash on Delivery is not available. If a parcel arrives damaged, record a single uncut unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. Instruments with a manufacturing defect are covered by a 1-month replacement guarantee from the date of delivery, and every instrument purchased through our official sales channels carries a 6-month international warranty.
